These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and 777th ("777th," "we," "us," "our") with respect to your use of the 777th website at 777th.vu and all related gaming services, betting features, account tools, and promotional programmes offered on the platform.

777th reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each person may hold only one active account on 777th. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and OTP codes.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify 777th immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets, deposits, and withdrawals — is your responsibility unless you report a security incident in a timely manner.

777th uses SSL encryption and OTP authentication to protect your account. However , you are also responsible for ensuring your own device and connection are secure when accessing the platform.

All deposits on 777th are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support the following local payment channels: GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and Philippine online banking. No currency conversion is applied — the PHP amount you send is the amount credited to your account.

• Deposits must come from a payment account or bank account registered under your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment channel and network conditions.

Deposits made in error — including amounts sent to the wrong account or duplicate transactions — must be reported to support immediately. 777th will investigate and resolve such cases on a best-efforts basis, but cannot guarantee reversal of third-party payment processor transactions.

Withdrawals are processed in PHP to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered under your name. Cross-method withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal above the minimum threshold is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed during processing hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within minutes to a few hours after approval.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay are subject to BSP network availability and may take longer during peak hours, weekends, or public holidays.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.

• 777th reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or in cases where unusual account activity is detected.

777th offers four main gaming categories: Slot Games, Fish Games, eBingo, and Sports Betting. Each category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting interface. These general Terms apply across all categories.

• All bets must be placed using available funds in your 777th account. Bets placed on credit or against a negative balance are not permitted.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Slot spins, Fish Game shots, and Bingo card purchases are final on confirmation.
• For Sports Betting, odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Accepted odds are locked at that moment regardless of subsequent market movements, except in cases of obvious error.
• 777th reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error occurred, where match integrity is in question, or where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Winnings from Slot Games and Fish Games are credited to your account immediately after each game round. Sports Betting winnings are credited after official result confirmation.
• Maximum win limits per game round or betting event may apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting section.

777th uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for Slot Games and Fish Games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. eBingo sessions are conducted using verified digital draw systems. Sports Betting odds are set by our odds management team and reflect market conditions at the time of publication.

Any attempt to exploit software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension, bet voiding, and forfeiture of related winnings.

777th may offer bonuses, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible members from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made available.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where no specific terms are provided, the general bonus conditions below apply.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, shared, or exchanged for cash directly.
• 777th reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse or terms violation.

Promotional abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or using automated tools to place bets — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

• The platform is open to members aged 21 and above only. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced at registration and KYC verification.

• Self-exclusion options are available to any member who wishes to pause their account for a defined period. Self-exclusion requests are processed without requiring you to contact support.
• We do not offer credit, loans, or any form of deferred payment for gaming activity.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, 777th will communicate the reason and expected timeline as promptly as possible. During a suspension, access to funds may be temporarily withheld pending the outcome of the review.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777th and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including internet outages, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events).
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.
• Errors in displayed odds or game outcomes resulting from genuine technical faults, which may be subject to void and recalculation.
• Decisions made by third-party payment processors, including delays or rejections of deposit or withdrawal transactions.

777th makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law or other mandatory applicable regulations.

Your continued use of the platform after any revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
